If you’re more of a hands-on person: Get ready to roll up your sleeves. You’ll maintain everything from air conditioning systems to security cameras. Every day brings different challenges, and honestly, that’s what makes it interesting. One day you’re fixing a generator, the next you’re helping set up a client’s big event.
If you’re our behind-the-scenes superstar: You’ll be the reason everything runs like clockwork. Whether it’s scheduling maintenance, coordinating with vendors, or making sure our clients feel heard and valued – you’re the glue that holds it all together.
What We Actually Want From You
The non-negotiables:
- You can legally work in the UAE (visa sponsorship available for the right person)
- At least 2-3 years doing something similar (we’ll train you on our way of doing things)
- You speak English well enough to chat with anyone (Arabic is a huge plus)
- You’re reliable – seriously, this is huge for us
- For some roles, you’ll need a UAE driving license
