Hey Talent Acquisition, we’re Property Shop Investment LLC, and we’re growing faster than we expected. That’s a good problem to have, especially in today’s competitive UAE job market, but it means we desperately need someone who can help us hire the right people without losing our minds in the process.

Here’s the Deal Talent Acquisition

We need someone who actually enjoys talking to people all day and can spot talent when they see it. You’ll basically be our hiring hero – the person who makes sure we don’t accidentally hire someone’s cousin’s friend who “seems nice” but has zero relevant experience.

Your typical week might look like:

Sometimes driving to job fairs and trying to convince people that real estate is actually exciting (and it really is – Dubai’s property market offers amazing career opportunities)

• Sitting down with our department heads who say things like “we need someone good with numbers” and helping them figure out what they actually need
• Writing job posts that don’t make people fall asleep
• Scrolling through LinkedIn at 2 PM (and actually being productive while doing it)
• Having coffee chats with potential candidates
• Playing schedule Tetris to get everyone in the same room for interviews
• Keeping track of who applied for what and when
• Sometimes driving to job fairs and trying to convince people that real estate is actually exciting

What We Actually Need Talent Acquisition

• You went to college and studied something business-related (HR, business admin, whatever)
• You’ve spent a few years actually hiring people – like 2-4 years where you can tell us stories about both your best and worst hires
• If you’ve worked in real estate or hired tons of people quickly, that’s awesome but not required
• You can have a normal conversation with strangers without it being weird
• You know how to use hiring software and won’t panic when we ask you to generate a report
• You can juggle multiple things without everything falling apart
• If you speak Arabic, our candidates will love you (and so will we)
