We’re on the hunt for a sharp Sales Executive who gets excited about building relationships and closing deals. What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll own the entire sales process from start to finish – no hand-offs or confusion here. That means you’ll be qualifying leads, having real conversations with potential clients, figuring out what they actually need (not just what they think they want), and guiding them to the right solution.

The numbers matter – we’ve got monthly and quarterly targets that need to be hit, and we’re looking for someone who sees those as motivating challenges rather than stressful burdens. You’ll also team up with folks across different departments because great sales happen when everyone’s pulling in the same direction.

Most importantly, you’ll be building genuine relationships with clients. We’re not interested in one-and-done transactions – we want customers who stick around because they trust you and know you’ve got their back.

What We’re Looking For

You’ve got a bachelor’s degree in something business-related (marketing, business admin, etc.) – and hey, if you went the extra mile with a master’s, even better. Don’t have a degree? Check out our guide to high-paying opportunities that don’t require one.

We need someone with at least 2 years of consultative sales experience, ideally in services rather than just pushing products. New to the Dubai job market? Here’s how to get hired fast even without local experience. You know the difference between listening to solve problems versus just trying to make a sale.

You’re comfortable with targets and KPIs – they don’t stress you out, they fire you up. You’ve hit your numbers before and you’re ready to do it again.

Here’s the thing though – you also need to be genuinely good with people. Sometimes you’ll have tough conversations, deal with frustrated clients, or navigate tricky situations. We need someone who can handle that stuff with grace and professionalism.

Finally, you’re self-motivated and can manage your own time. This isn’t a micromanagement situation – you’ll have the freedom to work your way, but you need to be the type who makes that work.
