Sales Agents Wanted – Join Our Dubai Team!

Location: Dubai, UAE (Office-based position)

Hey there! We’re NOOR SARAY REAL ESTATE, and we’re on the hunt for some awesome sales talent to join our crew here in Dubai. If you’ve got a year or two of sales under your belt and you’re excited about diving into the world of real estate, we’d love to chat with you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day will be pretty varied, which keeps things interesting:

• You’ll be out there finding new clients and building up your network
• Taking potential buyers and investors on property tours (yes, you’ll see some amazing places!)
• Working your magic during negotiations to get deals across the finish line
• Keeping your clients happy so they come back to you and recommend you to their friends
• Teaming up with the rest of our sales crew to smash those monthly targets
• Keeping track of everything in our system (we promise it’s not as boring as it sounds)

What We’re Looking For

We’re not expecting you to be a real estate wizard just yet, but here’s what would make you a great fit:

• You’ve spent at least a year in sales somewhere (real estate experience is awesome but not a deal-breaker)
• People actually enjoy talking to you – seriously, this matters more than you’d think
• You know how to close a deal without being pushy
• You’re the type who sets goals and actually hits them
• You work well with others but can also handle your own stuff
• Bonus points if you already know a bit about Dubai’s property scene
