Website Real Estate Masters Dubai

Hey Real Estate Agent, Look, we’re not going to sugarcoat it – Dubai’s real estate market is intense. But that’s why Real Estate Masters has been around for 30+ years. We’ve survived market crashes, boom times, and everything in between.

We’re based right here in Dubai, and we’ve got solid relationships with the big developers. Not because we’re pushy, but because we know what we’re doing. Our team speaks over 10 languages, which comes in handy when you’re dealing with everyone from British expats to Indian investors to local Emirati families.

The Job for Real Estate Agent

We need someone who can handle the chaos of Dubai real estate. One day you might be showing a studio in Marina to a 25-year-old fresh graduate, the next, you’re walking Russian oligarchs through penthouses in Downtown.

Here’s what your weeks look like:

  • Property viewings (lots of them – bring comfortable shoes)
  • Negotiating prices (sometimes in three different languages in one day)
  • Research – knowing which areas are hot and which ones aren’t
  • Building your client base from scratch
  • Paperwork and compliance stuff (boring but necessary)

What You Need for Real Estate Agent

Must have:

  • Valid UAE real estate license
  • Decent sales background
  • Can actually talk to people without being weird about it
  • Know Dubai well enough not to get lost in JLT
  • Self-starter mentality – we’re not going to babysit you

Would be nice:

  • Speak Arabic, Hindi, Russian, or French
  • University degree (any field, we don’t really care)
  • Previous Dubai real estate experience

Real Talk

This job isn’t for everyone. You’ll work weekends. You’ll show apartments to people who have zero intention of buying. You’ll deal with difficult clients who change their minds every five minutes.

But if you close deals, you’ll make good money. Speaking of money, make sure you understand what it actually costs to live in Dubai before making the move.
If you’re good with people and can handle rejection, you might actually it. The market here moves fast, and there’s always something happening.

We’re looking for someone who gets that this isn’t just about selling properties – you’re helping people figure out their lives in a new city. That’s pretty cool when you think about it.
