Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Certified Civil Engineer with a Dubai Municipality certification and a valid Society of Engineers license. As a Quantity Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our ERP roll-out project.  You will be responsible for accurately estimating the quantity of resources, materials, and equipment needed for our projects. Your work will directly impact our project planning, resource allocation, and cost management, ensuring that we maintain efficiency and deliver on our commitments.

Responsibilities for Quantity Estimator Jobs Dubai:

-Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.

-Prepare detailed Quantity Estimator Jobs Dubai for materials, labor, and equipment needed for various projects.

-Review project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to extract relevant information for accurate estimation.

-Utilize estimation software and tools to create comprehensive quantity estimates.

-Continuously monitor and update estimates to reflect any changes or modifications during the project lifecycle.

-Support the procurement team by providing accurate quantity estimates for materials and equipment purchases.

-Analyze historical project data to improve the accuracy of future estimates.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quantity estimates align with project budgets and timelines.

-Assist in cost tracking and cost control activities throughout the project.

Qualifications and Skills for Quantity Estimator Jobs Dubai:

-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

-Dubai Municipality certification is mandatory.

-Valid Society of Engineers license is required.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

-DM APPROVED CARD HOLDER

-Valid Society of Engineers license is required.
