Hey Property consultant, Business is good – too good actually. I’ve got clients calling me at 7am asking about penthouses, families WhatsApping me photos of apartments they saw on Instagram, investors wanting to know which areas are hot right now – the job market in Dubai is absolutely booming.

Property consultant

You’ll be selling apartments, villas, townhouses. Mostly to expats moving to Dubai, some locals upgrading, investors looking for rental income. Mix of new developments and existing properties.

Some days you’ll do 3 property tours back-to-back. Other days you’ll spend hours on the phone with someone’s mortgage broker. Sometimes deals fall through last minute and you want to throw your laptop out the window. But when someone gets the keys to their first home here? That feeling never gets old.

We give you leads, marketing materials, access to our property database. You handle the rest.

What we want

Someone who doesn’t need their hand held. You figure things out. When a client asks about school districts, you research it. When they want to see a property tomorrow, you make it happen. Being able to connect with people from different cultures is huge here – our clients are from everywhere, which is just part of working in Dubai.

Previous sales experience helps but isn’t essential – we’ve seen people succeed at getting hired without experience if they have the right attitude.

Must be comfortable with:

• Driving around Dubai (traffic is terrible but you get used to it)
• Working some evenings/weekends
• Following up with people who ghost you
• Dealing with demanding clients (comes with the territory)

Money

Commission based. Good months you’ll make more than your friends in corporate. Slow months… well, there’s a reason not everyone lasts in this business.

We’re not the highest paying agency in Dubai. We’re not the lowest either. But we’re fair and we pay on time.
