What You’ll Get

Here’s the deal – most property jobs in Dubai are pretty similar. Cold calling, hunting for leads, fighting over scraps. We do things differently.

What We Want

You need to have sold property in Dubai for at least two years. Or if you’ve sold expensive stuff elsewhere—cars, watches, whatever—we can work with that. Experience in high-paying Dubai jobs without a degree is also valued

English needs to be solid. Mandarin is a huge plus but not essential.

You need a UAE license to drive. Kind of obvious, but you’d be surprised.

Most importantly, you need to want to build something. We’re not looking for people who just want to show up and collect leads. We want someone who gets excited about closing big deals and building relationships that last—qualities also sought by the best recruitment agencies in Dubai.
