Hey Life Coach Jobs Dubai, so picture this: Three of us are crammed into this tiny café in Bandra, Mumbai – the kind where you have to shout over the traffic noise. Sarah’s ranting about how she spent her weekend creating yet another workshop from scratch because she couldn’t find decent materials anywhere. Amit’s stressed because his biggest client just moved to Singapore and he has no idea how to maintain that relationship long-distance. And I’m there nursing my third coffee, wondering why every coaching conference feels like a pyramid scheme convention.

Life Coach Jobs Dubai

That’s when Sarah slams her laptop shut and goes, “Why are we all doing this alone?”

Four years later, we’ve got coaches scattered across continents who actually talk to each other. Like, really talk. Not just LinkedIn inspirational quotes – I’m talking about 2 AM WhatsApp messages when a client session went sideways, sharing resources that actually work, and yes, celebrating wins together without it feeling forced.

Our Dubai office? That happened because one of our coaches, Priya, moved there for her husband’s job and kept pestering us to expand. Eighteen months in, and she was right – this city is hungry for authentic personal development work. Check out www.rdmr.in if you want the polished version of our story, but honestly, the messy middle parts are more interesting.

What You’d Actually Do Here (No Fluff)

We need someone who can handle the beautiful chaos that is life coaching in Dubai. Here’s what that looks like:

Client Work (The Heart of It) You’ll sit across from people who’ve hit walls they didn’t see coming. Last month I worked with a banker who realized he hates everything about his job but has no clue what else he’d do. The week before, it was a trailing spouse who moved here for her partner’s career and lost herself completely in the process.

These aren’t people who need you to fix them – they need someone who can ask the right questions until they find their own answers. Sometimes that takes three sessions. Sometimes it takes three months. Patience helps.

Workshop Development Forget cookie-cutter programs. You’ll be creating workshops based on what your clients actually need. Our “Thriving as an Expat” session started because five different clients brought up the same issues in the same week. Our “Career Pivot Without the Panic” workshop exists because I got tired of having the same conversation fifteen times.

Team Collaboration Every Thursday at 2 PM Dubai time, our global team jumps on a call. It’s part therapy session, part strategy meeting, part celebration. Maria in São Paulo might share a breakthrough technique, while David in London explains why his latest group program flopped spectacularly. We learn from each other’s mistakes and steal each other’s successes – with permission, obviously.

Community Building Dubai’s networking scene is relentless, but it’s also where real connections happen. You’ll be at business breakfasts, wellness events, and probably a few brunches where you’ll meet potential clients, collaborators, and friends. The coaching community here is smaller than you’d think, so your reputation matters.

What We Need (Besides the Obvious Stuff)

Sure, you need coaching credentials and experience. ICF certification is great, but we’ve worked with amazing coaches who took different paths. What matters more:

You can handle ambiguity. Every client is different. Every session is different. If you need step-by-step instructions for everything, this isn’t the place.

You’re comfortable with difficult conversations. Sometimes clients need to hear things they don’t want to hear. You can’t be afraid of temporary discomfort if it leads to real growth.

You understand privilege. Many of our Dubai clients are incredibly privileged, and some have zero awareness of it. You need to be able to work with that without judgment while still pushing them toward authentic growth.

You can work independently. Sarah and I are usually juggling six different projects. We’re available when you need us, but you can’t need hand-holding every day.

Life in Dubai (The Stuff Nobody Mentions)

This city is intense. The pace is fast, the expectations are high, and everyone seems to be climbing some invisible ladder. That creates amazing opportunities for coaches, but it also means you’re working with people who are often burnt out, overwhelmed, or questioning everything.

The expat bubble is real. You’ll work with people who’ve been here six months and people who’ve been here six years but still feel like outsiders. Identity crises are common. So are relationship issues, career confusion, and general existential dread disguised as success.

The weather will try to kill you from June to September. The social scene never stops. The cost of living is higher than you think. But the diversity is incredible, the opportunities are endless, and the view from Burj Khalifa never gets old.

Why This Job Exists

Most coaching practices are either corporate wellness programs (soul-crushing) or solo practitioners working in isolation (lonely and unsustainable). We’re trying to build something different.

Our coaches have backup. They have resources. They have people who understand what it’s like when a client has a breakthrough, or when someone ghosts you after months of progress, or when you realize you’ve been projecting your own stuff onto a client’s situation.

We’re not trying to scale coaching or turn it into a product. We’re trying to make it sustainable for the people doing the work while creating better outcomes for the people seeking help.

How to Apply

Don’t send a resume. Seriously, we can Google your qualifications.

Instead, tell us this: Describe a conversation that changed how you see yourself. Could be with a coach, a friend, a stranger on a plane – doesn’t matter. What mattered was the shift.

That’s what we do here. We create space for those conversations to happen.

If that sounds like something you want to be part of, let’s talk.
