The Real Deal HR Assistant:

Every day is different here. One minute you’re on the phone with someone who wants a job interview, next minute you’re figuring out why someone’s visa paperwork got stuck somewhere in the system. Sometimes you’ll be the person new employees meet on their first day, other times you’ll be helping someone fill out their final forms when they’re leaving.

Our PRO department handles most of the heavy lifting with visas and labor cards, but you’ll coordinate with them. You’ll also keep track of who’s here, who’s on vacation, and get the payroll team their monthly reports.

And honestly? If you can help us plan better office events than last year’s awkward pizza party, we’ll love you forever.

What You Need HR Assistant:

You went to university – preferably studied HR or business, but we’re not picky if you’ve got the right attitude.

Maybe you’ve worked somewhere before, maybe you haven’t. What matters more is whether you can handle multiple tasks without losing your mind, use Excel without crying, and keep your mouth shut about confidential stuff. If you’re new to Dubai’s job market, don’t worry – we value attitude over experience. If you already know the UAE visa process, great. If not, you’ll learn fast enough.
