Account Managers Wanted – Must Speak Arabic, Russian, Persian, or Kurdish
Dubai | Full-time
Look, we’ll be straight with you. We’re a Forex sales roles offer unlimited commission potential – this current opening shows exactly what we mean. company in Dubai and we need people who can actually talk to our clients in their own language. Not Google Translate level – we mean properly fluent.
About Us
We’ve been doing forex trading here for a while now. Our clients come from everywhere – Lebanon, Russia, Iran, Iraq, you name it. The problem? Half our team can only speak English, and frankly, that’s not cutting it anymore.
When someone’s deciding where to invest their money, they want to talk to someone who gets their culture and speaks their language. Makes sense, right?
What You’d Be Doing
Getting new clients on board: You’ll spend time talking to people who might want to trade forex or CFDs. Some days you’ll make 20 calls and get nowhere. Other days you’ll land a client who trades big. That’s just how it goes.
Looking after the clients we already have: This is the part most people don’t talk about. Once someone signs up, they’ll have questions. Lots of them. “Why did the EUR/USD move like that?” “How do I set up this trade?” “I’m worried about the market – what do you think?”
You become their person. The one they call when they’re confused or excited about a trade.
Teaching people how to trade: Not everyone who calls us knows what they’re doing. You’ll walk them through MT5, explain how different trades work, maybe even talk them out of risky moves when they’re getting carried away.
Who We’re Looking For
Senior level (if you’ve done this before):
- You’ve sold financial products for at least 3 years
- You know what it’s like to have monthly targets hanging over your head
- You’re okay with helping newer people figure things out
Junior level (if you’re newer to this):
- Maybe you’ve done some sales before, maybe you haven’t
- You’re not looking for an easy job – this can be tough
- You want to actually learn about finance, not just collect a paycheck
The Language Thing
Here’s the deal – you must speak one of these fluently:
- Arabic
- Russian
- Persian
- Kurdish
We’re not talking about “I took a class in college” fluent. We mean your grandmother could call you right now and you’d have a normal conversation.
Why? Because when someone’s nervous about losing money, they want to explain their concerns in their mother tongue. When they’re excited about profits, they want to celebrate in their own language.
Other Stuff That Helps
- Ever used trading platforms before? Great.
- Know anything about UAE banking rules? Even better.
- Good at explaining complicated things simply? Perfect.
But honestly, if you can connect with people and you speak the languages we need, we can teach you the rest.
What You Get
Money: Base pay plus commission. No cap on commissions. Last year our top guy made more than some of our managers.
Growth: Three of our current senior staff started as juniors two years ago. We promote people who perform.
Environment: You’ll work with people from a dozen different countries. Lunch conversations are never boring.
Training: We’ll teach you everything about the markets, our platforms, and how to handle difficult clients. Because trust us, you’ll meet some interesting characters.
The Reality Check
This job isn’t for everyone. Some clients will be demanding. Some days you won’t make a single sale. The markets can be stressful and people get emotional about money.
But if you like talking to people, you’re good at building trust, and you want to be part of Dubai’s financial sector offers great opportunities for multilingual professionals. Check out this forex account manager role. This could work out well for both of us.
Send us your CV and tell us about your language skills. We’d rather hear from you than read another generic cover letter.
You’ll need valid UAE work authorization for this role.
