Senior Facility Manager – The Person Who Makes Everything Work

Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 12,000

Look, being a Senior Facility Manager isn’t easy. You’ll be the go-to person when things break (and trust me, things always break). But if you’re someone who thrives on solving problems and making people’s workdays better, this could be perfect for you.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Running multiple buildings across Dubai (yes, you’ll travel around the city)
• Dealing with vendors who sometimes test your patience (we’ll teach you our tricks)
• Making sure Dubai Municipality stays happy with our compliance
• Leading a team of maintenance folks who know their stuff
• Managing budgets without giving yourself a headache

What we need from you:

Your daily adventures will include:

• Fixing HVAC systems before people start complaining about the heat
• Checking electrical and plumbing systems (yes, sometimes it gets messy)
• Racing to emergency calls across Dubai properties
• Keeping detailed records (boring but necessary)
• Working with outside contractors who actually know what they’re doing
