What You Need to Have for Dubai real estate sales manager

• You’ve been selling real estate in Dubai for at lea st 2 years, working directly with a developer
• Your phone is full of broker contacts who actually take your calls
• You’ve handled luxury or high-end properties before
• English is a must – you’ll be dealing with international clients daily
• If you speak Turkish, French, German, Chinese, or Italian, that’s great but not required
• You know how to negotiate and close deals without being pushy
• You understand Dubai’s neighborhoods, pricing, and what buyers are looking for

You’ll spend your time meeting with brokers, showing properties to potential buyers, and working through deals from initial interest to handover. Some days you’ll be in the office planning strategy, other days you’ll be out at site visits or broker events.
