Look, I’ll cut straight to it – we’re expanding our beekeeping operation and need more hands. This isn’t your typical desk job. We work with bees across the UAE, from the mountains to the desert, and it’s tough work.

Open Positions for Beekeeping Jobs UAE

Driver/Beekeeper Role New to bees? No problem. We’ll teach you everything, but you must have a UAE manual driving license. You’ll be moving hives, equipment, and sometimes the team between locations. The job means long days outside – doesn’t matter if it’s 45°C or raining. You need to be in decent shape and show up when you say you will.

Experienced Beekeeper Got 2+ years working with bees in the UAE or Middle East? We want to talk. You’ll need that driving license again, plus decent English since you’ll be showing newer guys the ropes. Experience with our local conditions matters – UAE beekeeping isn’t the same as what you see on YouTube videos from Europe.

Field Coordinator This is for someone who’s been doing commercial beekeeping for 4+ years and knows Apis mellifera jemenitica (our local bees). You’ll coordinate between different sites, manage teams, and make decisions when things go wrong. Physical work is still part of it, but you’ll also be the person everyone calls when there’s a problem.

What You’re Actually Getting Into Beekeeping Jobs UAE

We have hives scattered across the Emirates. Some days you’re in the mountains near Hatta, other days you’re in the desert. The work is physical – lifting heavy supers, working in full bee suits when it’s scorching hot, getting stung (yes, it happens even with protective gear).

Our bees are active most of the year here, so there’s always something to do. Hive inspections, honey harvesting, moving colonies, treating for varroa mites, preparing for the different nectar flows we get in this region.

You’ll work with a small team, but sometimes you’re on your own at remote sites. If you’re someone who needs constant supervision or can’t handle being alone with your thoughts and 50,000 bees, this probably isn’t for you.

Practical Stuff for Beekeeping Jobs UAE

All positions are full-time. We need people who can start soon – beekeeping doesn’t wait for anyone’s schedule. You’ll work across multiple locations in the UAE, so expect to travel.

The pay is decent, but you’re not doing this to get rich. You do it because you like working with your hands, being outdoors, and producing something real.
