We make steel. Lots of it. Started as a small operation and now we’re the biggest private steel outfit in the UAE. What makes us different? We actually give a damn about the environment – built the first carbon-neutral steel plant here because someone had to do it first.

Most of our work involves taking old, beat-up metal and turning it into something useful again. Rebars for construction, structural sections, billets – about 600,000 tons worth every year. The Job

You’ll be working out of our Abu Dhabi facility. This means showing up, not logging in from home. Reality Check: Job Hunting in UAE Isn’t What You Think

We need someone who can design automotive stuff, test it, and figure out when it’s not working right. Some days you’ll be neck-deep in performance data trying to spot patterns. Other days you’ll be in meetings with the electronics guys trying to solve problems that shouldn’t exist but somehow do.

Oh, and there’s paperwork. Safety compliance, environmental reports – the usual bureaucratic stuff that keeps the government happy.

What We Need

• Engineering degree in automotive or mechanical stuff
• You know how cars actually work, not just the pretty parts
• Can spot problems in data without needing a magnifying glass
• Talk to people without using too much jargon
• Play nice with the team
