Front Desk Person Needed – Must Speak Arabic (Dubai Office)

The Position for Arabic Speaking receptionist

Need someone for our front desk.It’s a 12-month contract, full-time, and you gotta be here in the office every day. No remote work for this one. If you’re wondering about other Dubai jobs with free visa and accommodation, we’ve got those too.No remote work for this one.

Daily stuff includes:

• Greeting whoever walks through the door
• Phone calls (lots of them)
• Basic paperwork and filing
• Helping visitors find who they’re looking for
• Whatever else comes up (small office = everyone helps out)

Requirements

Must have:

• Arabic fluency (seriously, this is non-negotiable)
• Experience dealing with customers/clients
• Can handle phone conversations professionally
• Basic office skills
• High school diploma

Bonus points for:

• English or other languages
• Previous Dubai office experience
• Admin certifications

Personality-wise:

• Actually enjoy talking to people
• Can be trusted with sensitive info
• Show up consistently
• Work independently but know when to ask questions

This isn’t glamorous work. You’ll deal with impatient people sometimes. The phone rings constantly some days. But if you like being the person who keeps everything running smoothly, it’s pretty satisfying.
