Admin Assistant Needed – Dubai Office

Our exec team is drowning. Papers everywhere, missed calls, double-booked meetings – you get the picture. We tried organizing ourselves but honestly, we’re terrible at it. That’s where you come in. If you’re exploring more jobs in Dubai, this could be the right fit.

What you’d actually do

Remember that friend who always knows where everything is? That’s you here. Sarah from accounting calls panicking about a missing invoice – you find it in 30 seconds. The boss has a “very important meeting” but can’t remember who it’s with – you already sent him the briefing notes.

Some days you’re playing phone operator. Other days you’re detective, lawyer, and mind reader all rolled into one. Mostly though, you’re the reason things don’t completely fall apart.

• Won’t disappear when things get busy
• Notices when something’s wrong before we do

• Have a degree? Cool but honestly, being good at the job matters more
