What you’d actually be doing for Sales associate jobs

Most days you’ll be on the phone with potential customers, sending follow-up emails, and helping our experienced reps prepare presentations. You’ll also be updating our customer database (I know, sounds thrilling, but it’s actually pretty important) and researching what’s going on in our industry.

One thing that makes this role interesting is you’ll coordinate with our other departments – marketing, customer service, operations – to make sure new clients get off to a good start with us.

What we’re looking for Sales associate jobs

We’d prefer someone with a business or marketing degree, but honestly, we’ve seen great salespeople come from everywhere. If you’re new to the workforce or have a couple years in customer service, retail, or really any job where you dealt with people regularly, that counts.

The main thing is you need to actually like talking to people and figuring out how to help them. Are you someone who remembers what your neighbor told you about their vacation three weeks ago? Do you naturally ask follow-up questions when someone mentions a problem they’re having? That’s the kind of person who does well here.

Experience with CRM software is nice but not required – we’ll show you the ropes.
