Who We’re Looking For

VML Dubai is seeking a Business Analyst to drive digital transformation for our Banking / Financial Client. This role represents one of the exciting Business Analyst opportunities in Dubai’s growing financial sector. You’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture business needs and regulatory requirements.

• Solution Design: Translate requirements into specifications, user stories, and visual documentation (process flows, wireframes).
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, providing project updates and managing expectations.
• Quality Assurance: Support testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs and comply with regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to improving business analysis methodologies.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in banking/finance. For those newer to the field, we also have resources on finding jobs in Dubai without extensive experience.
• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Proficiency in creating process flows and wireframes.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of banking/finance regulations.
