We’re a fintech/AI company based in the UAE, and honestly? We’re at that exciting (and slightly chaotic) stage where everything’s moving fast and we need people who can keep up. If you’re wondering about working in the UAE, here’s what you need to know.

The roles we need to fill:

Our Head of Data and AI spot is still open – UAE only for this one. We’re talking up to $500K USD because this person will basically be running our entire AI strategy. Big responsibility, big reward.

Got AI engineering chops? We have Founding AI Engineer positions – one in the UAE (45K AED max) and one remote ($100K USD). You’ll be knee-deep in GenAI, LLMs, RAGs, AI Agents – all the fun stuff that’s actually changing how people interact with money.

Founding Principal AI Lead

UAE or Saudi, $200K USD. This is for someone who’s already built AI products that real people use. Not just research papers.

Product Managers at different levels – cards, lending, banking, wallets. UAE-based. If you’ve shipped fintech products before, we should talk.

Technical Lead for Engineering

fintech focus, UAE. Salary’s competitive but honestly depends on what you bring to the table.

Product Design Manager who knows Webflow – trading products specifically. UAE location.
