Hey Construction Cloud Sales Executive, I’m looking for two experienced sales people who can sell construction cloud software without putting clients to sleep. One for our Dubai office where there are tons of opportunities in Dubai, one for Abu Dhabi.
Here’s the deal – construction companies are finally waking up to the fact that managing projects with WhatsApp groups and Excel sheets is Amazing. They need proper cloud solutions, and that’s where you come in.
The role (what you’ll actually do)
You’ll be selling platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, Bentley ProjectWise – basically the software that stops construction projects from becoming complete disasters.
Your typical week:
- Calling up project managers who are drowning in paperwork
- Showing BIM coordinators how to stop losing files in email chains
- Convincing document controllers that yes, there’s a better way than version_final_FINAL_v2.pdf
- Writing proposals (actual good ones, not cookie-cutter nonsense)
- Closing deals and celebrating with the team
What I need from you for Construction Cloud Sales Executive
Non-negotiables:
- 3+ years selling construction software (I don’t have time to teach you what a CDE is)
- You’ve actually closed deals before – show me your numbers
- You can talk to engineers without your eyes glazing over
- You understand construction workflows (or at least pretend to convincingly)
Would be awesome:
- Engineering background (you’ll fit right in with our technical team)
- BIM experience (bonus points if you know why clash detection makes everyone panic)
The boring but important stuff
- Full-time positions
- Dubai and Abu Dhabi locations
- Competitive package (we’ll discuss numbers if you’re the right fit)
- You’ll report to me, and I actually respond to emails. No walk-in interviews for this role though – email only.

Construction tech sales isn’t easy. You’ll deal with skeptical project managers, tight budgets, and ‘we’ve always done it this way’ attitudes. But there are companies that are hiring right now who get it.” attitudes. But when you close a deal and see a construction company finally get their act together digitally? Pretty satisfying.
