The Role for Recruiter

We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team and help us scale our Go-to-Market operations across the GCC region. This isn’t just about filling positions—you’ll be instrumental in building the teams that drive our growth.

What you’ll be doing for Recruiter

• Managing the complete recruitment process for junior to mid-level positions across Sales, Customer Success, and Operations
• Working closely with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with company goals
• Handling high-volume recruitment across the GCC region for roles that fit our KitchenPark profiles
• Developing creative approaches to build talent pipelines and address hiring challenges
• Using data and analytics to improve our recruitment processes and outcomes
• Building strong working relationships with hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring experiences

What We’re Looking For Recruiter

• 2-3 years of recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume environments
• Someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and thrives in fast-paced settings
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence different stakeholders
• Excellent communication abilities—you’ll be talking to everyone from candidates to senior managers
• A strategic mindset with the flexibility to adapt and think outside the box
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (this is essential for our market)
• A focus on creating positive experiences for both candidates and hiring teams
