What you’d be doing
You’d be working with our manager to keep everything sorted. Train the staff, deal with angry customers, make sure we don’t run out of the good stuff, arrange the shoes so they look decent.
Pretty standard retail supervisor stuff really. Some days will be mental busy, some days you’ll be bored out of your mind restocking shelves. That’s just how it goes.
You’ll need to do the usual – cash up at the end of the day, make sure nobody’s nicking anything, help new people learn the ropes. Sometimes you’ll have to stay late for stocktakes or deliveries.
Who we want
Someone who’s done this before. Doesn’t matter if it was shoes or clothes or whatever – just someone who knows how to manage people without them hating you. If you’re new to Dubai’s job market, check out our guide on how to find jobs in Dubai without experience.
You need to speak English well enough to deal with customers and write reports. Arabic would be handy but not essential.

What we pay
Decent salary – we’ll tell you the exact figure when we meet. Monthly bonus if we hit targets. Health insurance, visa sponsorship, normal holiday allowance. This is one of those Dubai jobs with free visa that international candidates are looking for.
