We run the biggest steel operation in the UAE outside of government. Been doing this for a while now – making rebars, steel beams, that kind of thing. About 600,000 tons comes out of our plants each year.

Here’s what’s different about us: we actually recycle more steel than anyone else in the country. And we just finished building a plant that doesn’t pump carbon into the air. Took us three years to figure that out, but we got there.

The Position

We need someone who knows cars inside and out. You’ll be working right here in Abu Dhabi – no remote work for this one.

Your days will vary a lot. Sometimes you’re designing new parts, other times you’re staring at test results wondering why something failed. hands-on jobs that pay well in the UAE. You’ll work with the electronics guys when sensors act up, and with the factory team when production hits a snag.

A big part of this job is making sure everything we do follows safety rules. Government inspectors show up occasionally, and they’re not known for their sense of humor.

What We’re After

You need these:

• Real experience with automotive engineering
• Good at reading data and finding patterns others miss
• Know how car electronics work (not just basic stuff)
• Can talk to engineers and also explain things to managers
• Engineering degree from a real university

These help but aren’t required:

• Worked in car manufacturing before
• Spent time in steel or metals
• Don’t get frustrated working with different personalities
